Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your plugin. If it isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
How to ask for a refund
Reply to your order confirmation email, or email us at undercastleaudio@gmail.com, with your order number and the email address you bought with. We'll take care of the rest.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
What happens to your license
When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated and the plugin stops working on all of your computers. Please remove it from your projects before asking for a refund.
After 14 days
After 14 days we can't offer a refund for a change of mind. If the plugin doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll work it out with you. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
